Formal education is organized into three levels:
a) Preschool, which will include as a minimum a mandatory grade
b) Basic education, with a duration of nine grades that will be completed in two cycles: Basic primary education of five grades and basic secondary education of four grades
c) Middle Education or High School Education with a duration of two grades.
